At Paddletek, we stand behind the quality of our performance pickleball gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and hangtags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
